What is the KSS?
Ball Screws are often called "Rice in Industrial field", as well as Bearing, they are essential Direct Motion Machine elements in one of these days.
Our Business is to design, develop, manufacture and to sell Miniature Ball Screws, Miniature Actuators and their related products, especially focuses on Miniature size.
KSS Miniature Ball screws or Actuators are used for production machine of Semi-conductor or Liquid Crystal, Inspection apparatus, and Machine Tool and so on. Recently KSS has been widening their usage for Medical apparatus, Robot, Food machine, Injection molding machine, Aerospace and Automobile.
Miniature Ball Screws with high accuracy by grinding process. 1.8mm of Shaft diameter is the smallest.
Ball Screws with Rolling formed screw groove. Appropreate accuracy and reasobable price can be achieved.
It can be used as small Pitch, which will not be achieved by Ball Screws. Metric size thread is our standard, and any kinds of threads other than Metric thread will be considered.
This is less expensive product with stainless steel Screw Shaft and Plastic Nut combined.
